The main elements of us 1-6 July 2018 - Las Rozas de MadridIntercultural learning as such has been a priority in different programs in the European Union and is an important competence to achieve. Having knowledge in the field of multi ethnic cooperation understanding of culture, competences in IT are top demands on the job market. Having this in mind, in order to get to our goal (creating new master program for intercultural studies and develop a mobile application closely connected with it) we tend into transnational cooperation using experience, knowledge, expertise and know-how from our partners. The project is focus on two fields, the need of new contemporary inter-cultural master program as this is needed in the curent state of play in the Balkans, and the need of introducing IT technologies to students in order to assist their studies. With a background in inter-cultural studies, you have a broad number of career options available to you.
The need of professionals in the field is a motivation plus to create new master studies. In today’s globalized world, the ability to understand and navigate cultural differences is an increasingly valuable skill. Cultural and creative industries are emerging as an important sector for support and investment since it generates new job places, it is growing part of economy, contributes to innovation, usage of information and communication technology. The culture sector suffers from a lack of strategic support and financial investment even though previous experiences show that investment in the sector initiatives can yield exceptional results. Connecting this demanding facts, we came to the idea to create a master intercultural program but also to include training in creating mobile application so new digital era possibilities to be used. |

OBJECTIVES AND PARTNERS
Training will be about creation of intercultural studies. Training will focus on development of skills and knowledge connected with HOW to create a master studies. The way of creation of master programmes. How to work on development of curricula’s on the highest standards.
The important element of this trainings are the skills that will be transferred to the participants.
The methodology used will be non-formal learning methodology, presentations, work in groups, presentation by expert. The participants will be representatives from participating institutions, selected after internal call. The participants will be able to add to the development of the development of the new modules, programs for master studies. We will use the Spanish partner's experience in hosting prominent experts from the field. The final product of the project is expected to be New master programme on Intercultural studies and IT phone application for Master studies.
