"Learn to say No!" is a Training Course financed by Erasmus+ held
Learn Europe with Me!
"Learn Europe with Me!" is a project in which Adefis Juventud Internacional participated like Spanish partner organization. The project gathered a group of 40 youngsters aged 18-26 from five different countries: Italy, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain. All the group, that has been accomodated in Poronin (Poland) from the 21 to the 27 of August 2017, was strongly interested in European issues and showed a great attitude to the exchange knowledge and to the acquirement of new skills. In particular, the topics covered were: international co-operation, international relations, co-operation for development, and european citizenship. Like for all the Erasmus+ Progrmme, the learning methodology was based on various methods of non-formal education such as: games, discussions, group work, presentations, etc. As the results of this project all the youngsters overcame their fears, owned their weaknesses, broke the stereotypes, developped the sense of being citizens of Europe, and became more creative, thoughtful and organised.

Travelling to nowhere
Sport and health in young europeans!
The activity of Sport and health in young Europeans was organised by Adefis Youth International coinciding with the fact that the municipality is European City of Sport 2016, highlighted today the City Council.
The initiative aims to raise awareness among young people about the benefits of physical activity and prepare to maintain and improve health, as well as promote self-esteem, autonomy and integration. The presentation of this program, which will involve young people between 18 and 30 years old from 8 countries, Italy, Portugal, Lithuania, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia and Spain, will take place tomorrow at the Navalcarbón Sports Center.
Until the 26th, sports activities and workshops will be developed in different sports facilities of the municipality, such as the Skating Center, the sports centers of Entremontes and Las Matas or the Equestrian Center, as well as a visit to the Spanish Football Federation.
In addition to the 'Sport and Health in young Europeans' project of the Erasmus + education program, the Adefis Youth International Association has organised other meetings in Las Rozas with young Europeans as protagonists.

Need Help - Stop Violence!
"Need Help - Stop Violence" is a socio-educational project focused on the prevention and awareness of domestic violence among young Europeans.
The activity of the Training Course was held in Las Rozas de Madrid from 21 to 27 July 2016, it had 8 members (Turkey, Italy, Portugal, France and Spain) of 24 participants, employees and managers in the field of youth, trainers, facilitators, people who work directly with youth leaders, youth organizations, and so on.
Its main objective is to stop the escalation of violence which require gender sensitivity and awareness of all active citizenship. Supporting youth and professional organizations working for gender equality so that, through social education, non-formal, perform preventive work given the high number of cases that are occurring in recent years. Develop strategies for more effective communication and concern for policy makers to give greater visibility to the opportunities offered by the program: Erasmus +: Youth in Action.

No tengas miedo de nada.
Es un Intercambio que se va a realizar en Madrid del 14-21 de diciembre de 2015. Van a participar un total de 36 jóvenes de diferentes países de la Unión Europea: Bulgaria, Italia, Rumanía, Turquía, Eslovenia y España.

ADEFIS JUVENTUD INTERNACIONAL participa como socio en un curso de formación subvencionado por Europa con los Ciudadanos del 9 al 13 de octubre de 2015.
