Agro-youth entrepreneurship and pan European cooperation
"Agro-youth entrepreneurship and pan European cooperation" is a training which took place in Las Rozas, Spain from 3-10 December 2017. A great group of 32 participants coming from Spain, Georgia, Macedonia, Bulgaria and Estonia. This training has played a key role in developing the capacities of youth workers in relation to social entrepreneurship, developement of business plan and personal development of entrpreneurs. The aims and objectives of the training course are as follows:

Methodology used: non formal methodology; presentation; work in mix groups; work in national groups; round tables; task related workshops; role plays; visits
- Fostering reflection on different dimensions of Europe and its global role
- Exchange of experience and good practive in youth work, related to international/local mobility and its influence on young people in Europe
- Preparing youth workers and youth leaders in addressing the challenges and opportunities
- Raising the competence of youth workers and youth leaders about the development of business plan, and understanding the concept of social entrepreneurship.
- Understanding the EU policies towards youth and agriculture and Europe 2020
- Promote European cooperation between youth organisations to promote youth mobility
