International coursesDue to the number of partners (or collaborators) we have in Europe, we organize international courses known as training courses.
In these small courses of between three and seven days experiences are shared and plans are designed on specific social issues, such as racism, xenophobia or violence. The purpose is to get the participants to create synergies with members of other countries, and to share experiences that serve as a model to be implemented in the country of residence. |

SOHO Sending Organisation Hosting Organisation European training Course: Training course organised by UK National Agency for Erasmus+, in cooperation with The UK National Agency for Erasmus+, in coopeartion with SALTO Training and cooperation Resource Centre. It was a training course where youth leaders and workers come together for several days to develop their knowledge, skills and attitudes on a certain themes, like better understanding of EVS.

From 18th until 29th of April 2016., youthassociation „Mladi u EU“ hosted 27 youthpeoplefrom Spain, Italy, Slovakia and Croatia as part of the project „Together We are stronger 2“.
Main goals of this project were informing young people about green entrepreneurism, raising awareness about cultural differences toleration andexperience exchange.
The most important task of the participants was to generate common business idea as purpose of lifitng awareness about opportunities which are provided from green entrepreneurism.
Project includes subjects such as: green entrepreneurism, developing an idea about green entrepreneurism, positioning plan, business planing, funding and sustainability of green business, measuring social performance and testing success factors in establishing business plans.
Also they had organized visit to the Department of Economics of the City of Šibenik during which they presented the Urban incubator space and they were introduced to the best practices related to the development projects of the city of Šibenik, financed by the EU.
In the building of the Center for Information and career counseling ( CISOK ) - Croatian Employment Service Regional Office Šibenik, was organized discussion of unemployment in the countries involved in this project. Also they were introduced on what should they take notice when writing a CV, and also how to act during business interview.
Except specified activities, project also included sight seeing of Šibenik and his cultural heritage, traditional gastronomy, and recreation in Krka National Park.
Through collective work, intreractive lectures and presentations, outdoor activities (excursions and various games), and also during othera ctivities, participants raised their's personal social skills, such as intercultural communication skills, team work and selfrespect.
The project is implemented by youth association "Mladi u EU“ in collaboration with the associations Adefis Youth International from Spain, NEA from Italy and A.D.E.L. fromS lovakia.
Project was financed by European Comission through Erasmus + program.
